M14X BSOD Need help ASAP

Hi!

 

i have an alienware m14x with no upgrades.

i had it a couple of months.

when i was logging in on windows it got stuck at ''welcome'' screen and i turned it off by holding the off/on button.

when i was restarting it got stuck on bluescreen.

it says "PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA"with the STOP code:0x00000050 and whole bunch of other numbers. i am not a good technician so can some of you help me out?

it would help me a lot :D

Try removing the ram modules and re-seat them.

Call me old fashioned but I always wonder why people just can't use the shutdown button instead winknudge.gif

i tried it now but still bluescreen :S the ram modules are the 2 small chips right?

Try now using one ram module at a time. If this does not work, I recommend calling in for repair and replacement since it is only 2 months old.
