Can't Booting

My notebook specs: Asus X44C
OS: Windows 7 [64bit]
~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
My notebook can not boot, get into the BIOS, but when booting only showing:
- Start Repair
- Start Normal

when i press the enter key on the [Start Repair], displays the message:

 

STOP: c000021a {Fatal System Error}
The initial session process or system process terminated unexpectedly with a status of 0x00000000 (0xc0000001 0x001003f0).
The system has been shut down.

Time to perform a system restore or back to the original set up?

I do not understand about it, usually when I connected internet running system update itself and I've turned it off.

how to solve that problem? I tried to reinstall but can not run normally.

You mentioned "re-install" - meaning you have installed the system anew, putting it back to factory settings?

And after the "original" installation you have the error above?
