hp Probook 4530s blue screen, error Hard disk failure

I bought Hp Probook 4530s in November 2011, just used 2 months and got a problem.
It was perfectly working but just freeze and hang all task, than blue screen appear and flash.
 
The blue screen showing  with an error report or indicating to check hard disk for errors.
Tried to reformat hard disk, but then it froze and gave blue screen with following message:
Window stopped to prevent damage to your computer.
Driver corrupted pool memory used for holding pages destined for disk.
Technical information:
STOP 0X000000DE, OX00000002, OXE1716018, 0X0000000, 0XCAFA38C2".
 
I try several time but it wont work and than I needed laptop urgently so i have bought new hard disk , but now the problem of Windows and drives, i dont have back up and original  windows. 
 
Please help me out for both the problems how do i claim my hard disk and how can I installed Windows 7 home  addition As I purchased  it with HP Probook.
For my new Hard disk there is a need of HP installation back up too.
 
Please guild me for Hard disk claim and  Windows& with HP installation Back up.

That is why you should have made your restore disks when you bought the computer...dont know why people put it off...see this too many times

Like Saugen mentioned above, not much you can do but either try calling HP support for a set of recovery disks or just have to install the system anew all by yourself - 1st with Windows installation and 2nd installing drivers and apps from HP support site
