Anyone installed the Samsung 830 SSD in your X220 ?

I am about to buy this SSD below from Samsung to replace the hard drive in my X220. I have this laptop for almost 1 year already.

Questions:

1. Will this fit the X220 ? Is it easy to install if it fits ?

2. Since the X220 does not do SATA III, should I just get the SSD that is SATA II to save some money since I would not get any benefit from SATA II ?

It does not show on the supported SSD list, but it should work (just don't quote me on this winknudge.gif )
