Try this then:

1. open up windows explorer
2. right clcik on C:\. and choose Share and Security (or just security).
3. Edit and Add Everyone (users) .
4. Verify all "names" and keep clicking OK
5. Reboot.
6. Pray

Hi Ssay,

What is the name of the user account with Administrator access? Is it your user account, or is it the actual Administrator account?

If it is NOT the actual Administrator account, we can try that. Let us know which is the case?
