Upgrading Acer Aspire 5251 graphics.

So i was wondering if and how far you can upgrade the GPU in this laptop, and dont give me the copy-pasted "hur hur you toopid you cant upgrade laptop graffix n00b lolollo" response. The reason i ask is because i hate trying to play any game and getting under 20 FPS on here because of the crap GPU.

I won't mention the "hur hur you toopid " part but I would say "you can't upgrade this Acer model graphic card" - GPU is beinf soldered on directly to the motherboard on this model so you are out of luck. There you have it, and I did not even copy-paste the response ding

It would make more sense to get a new "gaming" system. Notebooks are not desktops where the motherboard can be easily swapped out using the same casing

I see, isnt there a motherboard replacement out there for this notebook that has an upgraded GPU though?

Nope, according to the model specifications. You might want to look into the update model version and hope that the revised motherboards would fit though.
