Dell Vostro 1000 charging failure

I've got a Dell Vostro 1000 that will not charge the battery or run from the wall power.  I've disassembled it and I think I've located a power supply capacitor that is causing the problem.

I need some help figuring out what the correct value is for a replacement capacitor.  From the PCB markings, I think it is PC134.  If anyone has a parts list or schematic that they can use to identify the correct value, I'd really appreciate a response.

Here's a picture of the capacitor I'm talking about:

Notice the burn mark next to the capacitor just below the center of the picture.  Looks like it is labelled PC134, but I'm not certain because I'm not sure what FL1 is indicating.

Perfect!  I found the schematic there and it appears to be correct.  I'll post results after I replace the part.  Thanks for the quick response!

To clarify the problem, it looks like the part in question is actually FL1 - A ferrite bead part BLM41PG600SN1L that is in series with the DC power jack.  A bad connection there explains the problem perfectly. 
 

That fixed it.  I replaced the Ferrite chip and the capacitor next to the burned spot and it works fine now.
