I've got a Dell Vostro 1000 that will not charge the battery or run from the wall power. I've disassembled it and I think I've located a power supply capacitor that is causing the problem.
I need some help figuring out what the correct value is for a replacement capacitor. From the PCB markings, I think it is PC134. If anyone has a parts list or schematic that they can use to identify the correct value, I'd really appreciate a response.
Here's a picture of the capacitor I'm talking about:
Notice the burn mark next to the capacitor just below the center of the picture. Looks like it is labelled PC134, but I'm not certain because I'm not sure what FL1 is indicating.
