Yes, I have a Corsair Force GT, and am thinking of getting an SSD for my laptop.

After owning one? I'd say very. I've noticed a big difference, especially in shutdown/reboot time.

Reliability, speed, and price are most important.  Price will get less important as prices keep dropping.
