E8110 Different LCD resolution

I bust the display on my E8110, so I replaced it. But, you guessed it, I got the wrong model, I purchesed the SXVGA+ model instead of the XGA model.

 

I found this out on boot, it will only boot to the external monitor, the LCD stays blank (just the backlight comes on when selected).

 

Any way to make this work? I tried reflashing the bios with the latest release.

Try to get the correct inverter for the LCD and see if any differences
