I have an old Sager 8887 whose motherboard dies, given the age of the laptop, and that sager does not support this old model anymore, I wanted to take out the screen, and use it as a second screen for my desktop ....
Anyone ever scavange these machines before?
I am looking for any information on how I can use the screen, the pin-out / ribbon details, or if there are ribbon-to-vga converters?
