Gateway NV55S service manual / keyboard replacement

Hello,
 
  I am looking for the procedure to remove the keyboard from a Gateway NV55S laptop. I also searched for similar systems (NV57H NV75S NV77H) but couldn't find a service manual online. It differs from the older NV series as their is a cover the goes from the trackpad all the way to the LCD. I'd like to know the specifics for removing It so I don't damage it in the process.

Hello,

 

  Thanks for the link but no, it doesn't :(  The V55S, NV57H, NV75S & NV77H have the keyboard under the upper case.  That's the part I need to remove to replace the keyboard.

I see. We might have to comparable model from the ACER side and see if we can get something out of it.

Awesome.  I hadn't realized that Acer = Gateway

With that information I found it in 30 seconds!
