Hi ... I bought a laptop from Future Shop >> Toshiba Canada and I don't see any support for it . Can't get drivers , nothing . I have the Toshiba Satellite M70-CL1 >>> #PSM73C-CL-100E

Thanks for those links but wrong model . The Europe site doesn't have my model . From what I was told it was only sold in Canada , were i bought it from and now because its a older model they stop supporting it . I know never again to buy from Toshiba Canada .

It's pretty normal that certain old models would be removed from the support site, regardless of manufacturers.

You can try download Speccy (free) to get the devices info from your system and getting appropriate drivers for them. Just because the models are not present on the support site, it does not mean that you can't use other models with the same devices and drivers for your system.

Curious, if you just got a new model laptop, why are you looking for drivers???? If there are no issues with it why mess with it???

Its older then 6 years but I did find the data drivers from their website , it just not in the drop down boxes any longer but if one places the whole model number in the other area you can find drivers . Though even after that they don't have the correct display driver . I was lucky enough to have a backup of that driver . The reason why I need drivers is because I'm using a retail version of windows xp , not the original oem preinstall version from Toshiba ... Everything is good now . They should at least bring that to attention for others to whom might be looking for older version laptops drivers . Thanks all for your help

The way the initial post was written, "I bought a laptop from Futureshop" and the thread was posted a day ago, I assumed it was new...
