Try different power outlets? I have the funny feeling that the Power Button Board Assembly itself might be bad

One more questions

Friends got laptop second hand and he didn't see that the video card driver is not installed.

when he success installed its shows blue screen .

We installed all different Operation system and all drivers but without result !

Is the video chip bad or ....  ?

 

There is another problem !

I replaced a new power jack and know when i plug the power adapter

the fan start and stop for a few seconds than i move the cord to the left the right and start again for few seconds and stopped i tried 10 times i replaced 2 power jack  the same issue .

Is this with the Sony in OP? If so as mentioned before, I think that the board needs to be replaced
