My sony vaio model is vgn ar-150g but when i got it repaired its not accepting its drivers from sony site showing please confirm model. when i view system information there is the model name= 20. please tell me what to do

Actually 2 years ago there was some green line on my display then i contacted sony care they said this problem is due to graphic chip and this is default problem in this series laptop so they repaired it for free but after that when i tried to recover my laptop it shows error canot use these disks for recovery. so nw when i formatted my laptop from another disks and tried to install the drivers its not accepting this . i viewed my system information in the start menu its showing ,model name = 20 nt vgn ar 150 g. I am sure that this problem is due to this only
