Hello, I am looking into purchasing a new Alienware or Sager gaming laptop and I was wondering what the exact benefits are to ordering through xoticpc. I've read they have great support, but if they offer such great support is it and additional fee. Also Im looking into purchasing an Alienware m14x since i need something a little smaller. I know it's a little bulky, but if anyone knows a great substitute at a better price I would appreciate the advice. Thank you so much.
