2920z wont boot past win loading screen turns off or reeboots loop

hi there i need a little help if possible my 2920z suddenly started going into a loop when tries to boot 90% of the time it gets to win loading screen then will switch off and reeboot or just freeze on loading screen and then i have to hold power to re switch on it will not boot to windows ive tried removing and reseating drives memory etc ive even replaced the thermal paste on cpu and thermal pad on graphics chip the fan seems to be working ok no dust all clean inside even if i try to reinstall windows the machine will switch off or reeboot within 30 seconds of bein on any ideas to what could be the cause of it any help would be greatly appreciated

Use one stick of ram module at a time if you have 2?

Also, I assume you have an up to date antivirus program..do you also scan for spyware with something like Malwarebytes (free)..I have heard of trojans/viri causing these loops
