Satellite A300-ST3512 2nd HDD?

I'm trying to figure out if my Toshiba laptop can take a 2nd HDD. As my name would suggest, I'm a rookie when it comes to laptop upgrades.

I called the Toshiba customer support line, and they told me no, but what do they know. Seriously , though, it has an empty bay accessible on the underside, and it appears that part of the motherboard is exposed. On that exposed portion is a line of 7 dots, then 15 dots, all in a straight line, and I assume that those are contact points. Also in line with those dots are what appear to be a few screw holes. 

Is there a connector that attaches to the board that bridges to a hard drive?
