I just reset my computer back to factory default settings and I'm having problems playing Bluray movies. After inserting my Bluray movie into the drive, I launch Acer Arcade Deluxe. It detects the Bluray, but when I try and play it, it says... "an important component of arcade movie requires periodic updates. new movies may not play back if the component is not updated now. would you like to update now?"
The options are either Yes or No. So, I clicked on Yes. Afterwhich, the screen flashes on and off, and then says the same error message. So, as it is, I can't play any Bluray movies!
Is there anyone out there that has experienced this same problem? Any solutions or recommendations?
