Is there such a thing as a digitally singed nbf mobileforce se7en 260.99 driver ? If yes ! where can I get one ?

It seems to upload but windows 7 shuts my video card off code 43 ? I'm sure this driver whould work for my qudro 2000

the only driver that uploaded so far . Not sure how to get around this ? A genius computer people out there ?

Windows installs drivers for my video card but the system performance is a 1.0 because of my video card drivers that windows installs . The softward that came with the video card won't recognize the video card in the system ?
