Thank you thumbup.gif, so you think I should just swap it out for the same model? I dont wana spend anymore cash so just wondering if there isnt another laptop with similar specs vs price

If they can offer you a better model with no extra cost then go for it. I just have that funny feeling that this is a lemonade model laugh4.gif Maybe ACER can sort it all out with a possible BIOS update confused.gif
