changing back O.S. to X P Prof 32 bit from original win7 64 bit home premium

I bought a compaq laptop with win 7 -64 bit home premium installed two years ago. i despise the win 7 OS and would like to go back to the xp prof OS. i have the xp prof 32 bit disk.
  
  what kind of problems would i see doing this?
