Vostro 3450 - Instant Launch Manager button not working

Dear Friends

 

I've a Dell vostro 3450. It's instant launch manager button (top right button with a star symbol) is not working, i.e. nothing happens when I press it. Can someone please suggest what might be the issue?

- when did this happen?
- got a restore point? Try using it

System restore is not an option for me as I don't know when it happened. Pls advice something else.

If you have a system restore - use it. Try with different points. Backup the current position first.

If you don't have any system restore point, try re-installing the QuickSet tools from Dell Support Site for your model.
