Alienware M17x R4 (Reliable Dell Alternative)

Hi,

I'm new in this forum and I need help. I ordered Alienware M17x on September 22, 2012 and now its Oct 22, 2012. Dell is still waiting for a missing part to be shipped to them....they just kept delaying the order shipment....Long story short I couldn't take it anymore and had enough of their delaying so I canceled the order.

 

I still want the laptop (Alienware M17x R4) but I am looking for alternate resellers. So if you guys know of any reliable resellers please do let me know.(I'm located in Ontario Canada if that helps)

thanks for replying....yes I tried...but it wont let me change options like the color of laptop, etch my name on the plate...etc

ah, customizing options ... Afraid you have to put up with Dell Direct sad.gif
