Dell Studio 15 laptop starting problem

hi everyone,

 

My dell studio 15 is having a starting problem as follow

 

"after the dell logo one black screen appears and it stays that way for sometimes with the message as " error in disk reading, please press CTRL+ALT+DELETE  to restart" I try the same and the same thing repeats."

 

  I even can not boot the system from CD drive and it is not starting at all.

 

Please somebody help.

Have you checked the BIOS setting to be sure that it reads the CD/DVD as first boot? Then try again with the installation CD

i have done that...but even then also it is not booting from CD/DVD...please help.

Remove your hard drive, try again with the installation CD
