AREA 51-M M17X - help!!! ribbon cable for power button

I have a AREA 51-M M17X.  I need the ribbon cable that goes from the power button to the board.  This is the information I got off the cable     Youngshun AWM 2896 30V 80C VW-1.  Does anyone know where I can get one.

I have already looked through ebay and havent been able to find a 20 pin, thats why I posted what I need on this forum in hopes that someone may have one or know where I can get one.

Ok thank you, but sorry for my lack of knowledge regarding computer parts.  I was looking for the same part number that I have not knowing what other brands, item numbers or sizes will also work.  The ribbon that I have measures 3 1/4 in long and 1/2 wide.  Again I apologize for my lack of knowledge, I just want to make sure if I have to buy something, that it is what I need.  Thanks for the help
