I've got this laptop this February(2012).I started experiencing trouble from April itself(laptop getting hanged).however due to other commitments I could show the problem at dell servicing center only in October.They replaced my hard disk,heat sink and fan.AFTER THE PART REPLACEMENTS my laptop started WORKING MORE ERRATICALLY.apart from my LAPTOP GETTING HANGED it's also getting OVERHEATED NOW.THE LAPTOP CPU AND MOTHERBOARD TEMPERATURES ARE MORE THAN 75 DEGREES(sometimes 80) CENTIGRADE sometimes.I called up dell tech support regarding a SYSTEM REPLACEMENT.they told me that the issue would be resolved by upgrading my bios and i did so.yet the problem persists .I've asked them for a system replacement and they turned down my request.i'll never buy dell again, neither will i recommend it to anyone.
