help me choose a new laptop

Im after a new budget laptop. i'll be using it mainly for web browsing, music and video so i don't need anything special graphics wise and id quite like it to be black or at least dark grey.

So far i quite like the look of the models below, both are the same price

 

Acer v3-571 

Operating System Windows 8

Any thoughts on those 2 laptops, i currently have a Toshiba but don't know much about the Acer brand or can someone recommend any other laptops?

That Acer has better specs, if the after-sales support is good, go for it.

Acer v3-571 is better in my point of view, i owned a aspair series with 2 years having no problem.

Acer is much better option of the two. Its got 6GB ram and higher processor model than the toshiba.
