Ok so I had my dv7 for 7-8 months by now and I just started too use it after 2 months of it being inactive before that it was perfect I was able to record videos and stuff without a problem. But now whenever I try to record a video my drivers crash and I am unable to record so how can I fix this?

Any error messages to share? When you said " recording a video", you mean recording via a webcam?

AMD has a good diagnostic and troubleshooting of the "Amd driver has crash and recovered" message. Give it a shot and see.

What did you do to be able to get it to work for 10 minutes? Same error message as before?

May be a system restore back to original state?
