Compaq 6735s sound issue

Hello, i have an old HP Compaq 6735s Business notebook for several years, but recently it started making rattling and cracking sounds (sounds as if the cables or connections are damaged or something) whenever i put it to "hard" work, such as playing a game or watching a video online and browsing in another tab. It also does these sounds along with the default Windows sounds every time i unplug or plug in some device.

However, there is no problem when i am listening to music or watching a movie. The speakers are clean and undamaged, cables are connected properly. I tried using headphones, it does diminish the bad sounds a lot but it's still there.

Defrag? Chkdsk? Un-installing and re-installing audio driver? Review your audio codecs version?
