hi guys,
i purchased my acer net book in india, i have problem with my wifi and my net book is under warranty ,wen i call the customer support its saying serial number is not valid and also tried to find the nerest service centers at losangeles ,but couldnt find them can anyone help me please.

When you called up Acer Support, did you talk to a person or an automatic bot?
