Good gaming laptop

I'm looking for a good gaming laptop that i can use for video editing and light gaming and it has to have a video card other then intel hd graphics and that has great cooling cause i have a problem with overheating and it must be right at or a little above $500. It can not be a Dell

How do you term / rate "gaming" machines?

A laptop with a i7 or i5 3rd generation and round 6 gb of ram and a graphics card with at least 1 gb of memory and a 7200 rpm hdd or ssd

Not bad. 2nd Gen Intel Core i7 and GT555M ... Fit your bill, but it is really not a gaming machine in true form. It will play games tongue.gif

you can go for the Lenovo. I think that will give you gaming satisfaction. So may be you have to increase your budget or you can check out through the internet there are various where you can find your gaming laptop.
