To be honest, if you keep your temp well within the specification and range of performance, making sure that vents are clean and clear when using your comp, then you expect it to last you for long while. Remember, heat dissipation plays an important role as well. Just because your CPU can last long does not mean other parts can handle the heat just as well. So keep the heat moving around and away from the comp's internal
That means that socket could be damaged... memory...

dude do us a favor change the thermal paste! and if still you have trouble, you can´t change it and do not post it here!
you can´t change it! CPU life depends on various reasons, not only the heat!
only a thin film has to be placed between CPU and thermal Copper plate! not more, not less
sometimes people have Problems in their head
no one told you, with better temps in your cpu your CPU won´t get faster
it´s only a issue if you overclock the CPU
