Which laptop should i buy for gaming and heavy usage?

Rest specs are nearly same
both cost the same, inspiron 15r turbo has better processor and inspiron 17r turbo has better video card?
I want to know if there is a big difference between the processors? i know that nvidia 650m is much better than amd 7730.
which laptop would give better gaming performance?
