Motherboard advice

Hey guys, I have a g60-519wm with a bad motherboard. I'm trying to figure out which board to get for it. Can I upgrade to the Amd board with hdmi output?

If the form fits, I don't see why not. Make sure that the specs support current peripheral devices like ram, drive ....
