Just wondering if you use the "Safe to disconnect" icon before removing the thumbdrive..Not using that can damage storage devices and also cause problems with USB ports

You think so I want to wait for more chance before clean installation.

Uninstalling and let Windows re-installing the USB ports and devices are the next steps I can think of. But if the problem is only with ONE specific USB device, then the device itself develops some sort of locking from within the current Windows environment. You can ignore using that device all together, or going for a clean installation.

I do exactly what you suggest before, and the problem is with these kinds of Devices because I try new one I open it.

Of course it was working fine. But with any software/driver, something happens and then a "bug" and cannot recuperate
