First I apologize for bad English.
I want to choose one of two laptop that would be good at CS: GO (more fps & highest settings)
1: (Acer Aspire V3-571G)  i7-3610QM , NVIDIA GeForce GT 640M 2Gb DDR3 , only single usb 3.0 slot, 15.6"
2: (Acer Aspire V3-771G ) i5-3210M 2.5 - 3.10 GHz , GeForce GT 650M 2GB DDR3, 4 RAM slots, 2 USB 3.0, Blue-ray disc,
two slots for HHD or SSD, 17.3" , 1600x900 (1920x1080), chipset HM77 , a better cooling than the other (571)
I do not want PC ! , select 1 or 2 for only CS:GO
RAM will change with 2x4Gb 1600MHz (corsair)

And my favorite is the 2nd, but I wanted to ask more experienced.

Second it will suffice for CS: GO ? , because now I will not have money to upgrade CPU, maybe in the future.

Well, you only gave 2 interests. And yes they should be able to support the game. As far as price goes you just need to look around, but I would venture a guess that about $350
