I am throwing this out in the wild now, after reading so many reports here in Europe about customers wanting their NEXUS (tablet) repaired.
Bottom line is this revolving door response ...
a) Samsung says it cannot repair the ding, please talk to Google
b) Google says .. send it to Samsung
c) back to a)
So, what happens when your NEXUS phones and mini-tab go haywire? LG, Samsung, Google .....
Any real-life experience here at NBF?
Personally I leave it now as a missing arrangement piece of support contract between Google and its partners. Hope they sort the ding out soon enough ... like yesterday ...
