In need of Windows XP Hardware Diagnostic Utility - Please help!

Hey guys,

I'm about to sell my father's HP ze4600 laptop on EBay, but I first need to run some hardware diagnostics on it. Its OS is Windows XP Home Edition. I would like to test the vital components such as the RAM, Video Card, HD, Display, etc. I know I've done this before, but it's been a while, and I have since forgotten how. I would prefer to use a utility that's built into the OS, or a free diagnostic utility that I can download.

Any and all advise is greatly appreciated.

I usually just go into devices manager, go to the devices properties and choose the option of troubleshoot. This is pretty a good simple free tool for checking out hardware components within XP
