Kingmax PC 3200 SODIMM ram from Newegg.com they go for roughly 116 per stick of 512mb i highly reccomend this ram and from newegg since there extrmely reliable and honor all defective materials

I just bought some A-DATA ram and the worked also with no problems. I paid roughly 210-ish out the door for 2 x 512MB dimms. So far no problems to report except for a weird post problem that has since been resolved.

Piece of cake to install. Your owner's manual gives you step by step instructions.

Are those Kingmax chips in dual channel kits ? Dell upgrade gives you dual channel 2xDIMMs. I'm looking to upgrade my 256 to 1gb as well. But I couldn't find any place to get the dual channel kit.

you don't need a 'dual channel kit' you just need 2 pieces of matching ram

I got 1gb of PC3200 Kingmax from ComputerGeeks for 182 + 7 shipping and it's working fine
