Unless you have a specific reason for it, I would say no

recording game play faster and Rendering Videos faster and play games with out lag

Well, giving the fact (unless something changes) that your system sports an Intel GL960 Express board/chipset, I doubt that you have many choices with the current limited FSB (533 MHz).

You can play loads of dings on an integrated GPU card. We were talking about a core 2 duo replacement on/for a GL960 Express Board smile.gif so with a choice limitation on the CPU replacement, I am not sure that you would get any improvements

i have a littion of 800 so (:  this is what cpu i have atm

Intel Celeron  Processor 585 1M Cache, 2.16 GHz, 667 MHz FSB CPU P/N SLB6L
this is the one I want

Intel 2 Duo Processor T5800 2M Cache, 2.00 GHz, 800 MHz FSB CPU P/N T5600, SLB6E

I can't guarantee that T5800 would work - I could not find any references using that CPU on your notebook model

it's got the same pin so it should work

Socket wise it is fine. FSB handling can be another story altogether

will games run a lot faster if I upgrade from my Intel Celeron Processor 585 1M Cache, 2.16 GHz, 667 MHz FSB to Intel 2 Duo Processor T5800 2M Cache, 2.00 GHz, 800 MHz FSB

Let's suppose that you can swap the CPU. Then, unless the board can take advantage of the 800MHz FSB, you won't see much improvements

if it does will it be better ?

Sure, 800MHz down the tube is much better than the current 553MHz dictated by the main board

I have

667 MHz FSB
so 800MHz
is a lot better

of course, if your motherboard and chipset can support that 800MHz

how much faster will it be since it's a

Duo Processor
and has 1mb
Cache more

Well larger cache = more fast storing access read, if you don't do much of multi-tasking, you won't take advantage of that larger cache size. Relying on the larger cache alone won't speed up performance that much

will I be able to ran this software with a lot less lag Roxio Game Capture

Minimum System Requirements for Roxio Game Capture: Windows 7/Vista/XP Intel Core 2 Duo Processor 1.8 GHz or AMD Athlon x2 64 2.0 GHz 2GB RAM. DirectX 9.0c compatible graphics card or higher sound card. 2GB free hard drive space for installation. 10+ GB free recommended for video recording. Windows Media Player 11 or higher. Inter explorer 7 or 8.

It does not say at what point of system requirements for the Capturing to be smooth. So, I don't know the answer to the "lot less lag"
