Our daughters brand new acer v 5 was showing a few glitches so we took macaffe trial version off, downloaded avg , which could have been a corrupted version. Last night we took the old avg off and put the same version on that the other computer has. After tweaking the whole thing with the avg pc optimizer it will now not reboot after turning it off to action the changes. It starts to boot windows, then follows with a blue screen that does not respond to the f8 or f2 keys, after a couple of seconds this screen goes black and the next screen says the acer logo for a few seconds, then goes black, then it all repeats. Obviously I cant get in to any screen or start it up. Any help would be really appreciated!! Small daughter is distraught... starving ponies on her "howrse" account...! Thanks in advance.
