No option to switch from integrated graphics driver to Nvidia graphics driver.

Hi folks, I'm new here and I was directed here by a very helpful user on the Steam forums. I've done a search for my problem but didn't find what I was looking, however if I've missed something I do apologize for it, but for now, onto to the problem I'm having.

The problem I seem to be having is that I can't enable my Nvidia GTX660M driver on any of the Simbin Mega Bundle games. The graphics option shows only the Integrated HD 4000 drivers and nothing else.

I've tried assigning the GTR2.exe and the GTR2 config.exe files (this is the application that displays the graphics options) to the GTX660M driver using the Nvidia Control Panel's 3D settings. I've even tried running the applications in compatibility modes of all windows versions, and even set the default graphics driver to GTX660M on the Nvidia Control Panel. Nothing seems to fix this. I still don't get the option to choose the GTX660M from the games' config menu, all it displays is the darned integrated HD 4000 drivers.

I tried setting the default graphics drivers in bios, but again I can't change it to anything, all it says is: Mux-less.

I don't have a problem with any of the other games (non Simbin related) by going through Nvidia's Control Panel and setting the right graphics driver to them, they all work. No idea why it's not working for all of the Simbin games though. :(

And speaking of Simbin, it has been nearly a week since I emailed their support, but not a single reply yet.

My laptop is the MSi GE60 0ND running Windows 8, if that helps.

Thanks for your help, qhn, but unfortunately those workarounds didn't work for me. I suspect it might have something to do with SimBin's software architecture being out of date and conflicting with Windows 8.

Much appreciated though.
