I had a wicked virus in my m18x so i re installed windows i got everything working but cant get the audio driver for sound blaster recon3di to work I do have sound but it sounds like crap when i hook up my surround setup no bass at all. Can anyone help me please?

Tried all the available drivers and utilities for that model from Dell Support Site?

Yeah I have tried every dell support driver for audio but I cant get the fiber optic out to work either.

Look into their special utilities that came with the comp. Would you still had some sort of recovery media.
