Asus A55V BLuetooth Problem

Hi,I bought an Asus Notebook A55V series recently and I'm having some problems with it.

I can't pair up deivce with my phone and it show no response when i am using the file transfer.

Beside,I also can't turned off my bluetooth.It show 'could not turn off' when i turned off the blutooth.

 

Someone please help me solve this problem,thanks.wink.gif

Would you share a bit more info regarding your system?

. OS?
. Problem only with the phone? Other Bluetooth devices ok?
. When did the problem start? Worked before?

never mind,problem solved by itself,yesterday i can turned off the bluetooth and connect to my phone ady,thanks anyway
