Disabling Dell Instant Launch

Dell Inspiron 5720

 

Dell Instant Launch Manager keeps popping up in the middle of whatever I'm doing.  I could be searching for something on the Internet, working in Word, whatever, when the Instant Launch button lights up, the manager window appears, and I have to cancel out of it.   If there's a pattern I'm inadvertently making, I don't see it.

 

I have no use for it right now, and I can't find where to disable it.  It's annoying and distracting.  Please help!

Not in the Display properties/Advanced box? There should be an option to disable the "hot keys" if I remember coreectly
