I have a new Windows 8 64 bit Asus s56ca laptop. Recently, I started getting the BSOD each time after I wake the laptop from sleep. When I get the BSOD, the error message is device power state failure. There is no code.
So I would then reboot, but it would take really long (about 5 minutes) to bootup. It appears that the computer would hang on the Asus logo screen. Once it eventually gets past that, it would then work perfectly until the next time I put to sleep.
I have refreshed the system, and then done a complete reset to factory settings, but that has not helped in any way. I checked for minidumps but don't have those. Any suggestions on what I can do to fix this?
I have seen other people having the same problem but no solution....
If you have any solution please reply, if you have the same problem also post it!
