I bought my XPS 15 (L502x) in the summer of 2011 and got the Complete Care Warranty for 3 years (expires 5/2014). Ever since about September 2011 I have had the same issue with the computer crashing when the graphics card is being worked. Long story short, Dell has replaced the Nvidia graphics card (integrated with motherboard) FOUR TIMES NOW. Finally I got a hold of a manager who commended me for my persistance and that she is escalating the issue. She believed my computer needed to be replaced. Escalation team disagreed and wants to start all over, diagnosing and eventually replacing that part... again. Needless to say, I don't feel like wasting any more of my life dealing with their service department. How am I supposed to convince them to replace the whole unit as clearly something is faulty with my machine (service depot could not find anything wrong with it either). Threaten to take legal action for not honoring my warranty??
