The pictures range from pretty good to kinda bad, sorry

Fan Vent - intake, pulls in a lot of airwhen it spins, but it rarely needs to

Bag open - fits easily, interior wont hurt the paint

Inside Bag - nice and snug, perfect fit

Just another option: Shaun Jackson Designs Lapdog or Laptrap (i think). Great case and fits nicely in my jansport. Holds a laptop with a 15 in screen with no trouble not to mention room for your AC adapter and accessories. They have varying sizes as well and it can be used as a stand-alone as well. They even sell an attachment that converts the sleeve to a backpack. However, if you ride a MC or bicycle on your commute, I suggest you get a sleeve with as much padding as is available. I recently crash tested my laptrap while returning home from work and it got a C. I touched pavement at about 20 mph in a low side. I think the impact must have caused the damage because no abrasive holes were found on either the backpack or laptrap. One corner of my N800c was broken, but it still functions. At least I got to buy my NC8000.

well it looks like the photobucket transfer limit has already been reached or there is just something weird with the site right now. Pics seem to be down.

ah my pics are back, seems photobucket has some technical difficulties rather than me going over some kind of limit

Rinzewind, or anyone else that has the Cl56 - i was curious if there is a possibility to use the laptop with a dual monitor display?

I'm planning on buying the cl56 through hypersonic and i was curious if i could step it up a notch using my desktop's lcd monitor as added screen space.

Thanks for helping!

any recommendations on who to buy the compal cl56 from? I was planning on using hypersonic, but i'm not getting the paint job - and thus not married to the idea.

hey rincewind, nice pic for your avatar . You said earlier that your shinza used to be like mine (doesnt fit exactly into that targus bag) but now it does perfectly... did you wash it? put it in the dryer? could I put it in the dryer to shrink it a bit? Thanks,

Chris

Wow, that penguin on the fragbook looks like it's always looking at you from all angles, thats pretty nice

Is that the blue paintjob from hypersonic? I was hoping it was more of a navy or dark blue

Tux rocks, he's just cheering for the wrong OS.

According to one of the other threads in here somewhere, Hypersonic, PCTorque, and others will match a color of your choosing, generally with a Hex color value.
