My order shipped last Thursday and I can't find any tracking numbers on Dell's site.

Are you sure you clicked on the order number on the "Order History" page and not the "Order Status" page? I just tried it again and it showed the waybill number.
Maybe they aren't doing it the same way as 4 months ago...

Don't use the order number in place of the tracking number. At the right side of the tracking window, look for Track by Reference Number. There you can use the order number to track the pckage.
