watch out for ATI video driver
I've got W2k3 Server Standard Edition dual booting on a 10G partition. When I installed ATI video driver it crashed the server consistently thereafter. Apparently server doesn't like the ATI control panel. I had to do a repair install to get it working.Now everthing works fine. The only driver that I couldn't get to work is the WLAN driver.I also found out(the hard way) that win2k server will not install on an XPS and if you attempt install after an XP install ,it will hose your boot loader!
If you happen to multi-boot w/ older OS's, install XP last.
